Cash on delivery is available only in Hyderabad at certain places around JNTU Metro Station. Few more other places will be added for Cash On delivery once the COVID-19 problem is fully solved.
Shipping charges can be seen at the checkout page. Currently we are charging Rs.49 as fixed shipping charges per order. Each order may contain 1 or 20 times. Our shipping charges are fixed i.e. Rs.49. So plan and order accordingly to save the shipping charges. We may incorporate weight-based shipping charges in future.
Yes, we sell in bulk quantities also based on product availability with discount price, but the shipping charges need to bear by the customers only.

As of now we are shipping all our orders through India post throughout India. Once after shipping we are sharing the Order Tracking details to each customer. They can track the order by visiting India post website: https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx
Yes, we are here to help you out. we don’t want our customers feel bad or sad with their purchase. If customer complains us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call us at 7981851253 with your order id handy and the problem which you faced with our products.. If you feel that seeds are not at all germinated, then we will be testing the same once again for germination and if we too fell the same problem then we will be refunding your amount of that particular item price to your account. Refunding amount may get delayed for 20 to 30days so that we can check the germination rate of seeds which you complained to us. Once the seeds are identified as not germinating at all we will removing the item from our website as soon as possible until we get the fresh stock.
We generally ship your items on the next working day (if the order is received before 9 pm of the previous day). In some cases, like if the order has too many items to pack then we will be taking 2 or 3 days to safely pack and dispatch.
Sorry we are not responsible if you are not available at home during delivery. Your parcel will be at your nearest post office for couple of days. If it is not collected it will be returned to us. For shipping it back to you we again charge the shipping charges from customer else your money will be refunded by us excluding shipping charges and only if the order is returned to us in safe condition.
