Hybrids are formed by cloning from two or more varieties by considering best qualities in each one such as yield potential , pest tolerant capacity, survival to climate or drought conditions, nutrients value/ taste , self-life of fruits or etc.. Seeds are produced by breeding in different ways in a specified conditions with utmost care. Most of the vegetables we buy from markets are hybrid varieties. Very few are non hybrids.
